This Art class is for ANY skill Level. Do you need a refresher to see and try different ways of approaching the way you draw and paint? Have you fallen out of your daily practice? Do you want to learn how to complete an image? Then join my 5 week FALL back into Art online Zoom Class - we'll meet weekly on Zoom for 2 hours on Tuesday morning at 10am est and the same time on Wednesdays, or you can watch the replay if the time doesn’t work for you. I'll go over the fundamental elements you'll need to give you more confidence in your Art Journey. You could be a complete beginner or just want to join in and enjoy the practice and spend time with me in your studio/art space/kitchen table for 4 hours a week. Practice is always great. How is this course different from others you’ve taken? I’ll teach you to see your strengths and correct weaknesses in your work. Even I have weaknesses, and I am always looking to make my pieces better. We’ll work on just one or two images per class and really slow down the process to help you understand the beginning to end process. We'll cover : 1. Proportions & Line Drawing in portraits & structures. 2. Value , shape & form in figurative art. 3. Colour & exploration of Art Materials wishing a busy market scene. 4. Starting & Finishing a Portrait & Landscape 5. Starting & Finishing a Cityscape & Still Life I'll teach you how to see things differently and make your weekly lessons fun and enjoyable. Materials needed : Sketchbook Watercolour or mixed media paper Pencil, eraser, dry mediums such as wax or oil pastels, pencil crayons, markers. Wet mediums such as watercolour and or gouache. I'll provide extra reference images for you to work on throughout the week, we'll have a group on IG (blueshineart) chat where you can share your work and ask questions throughout the week. Each session will be 2 hours long. You can join LIVE or if the time doesn't work for you you will receive the recording and you can take it in your own time.
